- Promotion Overview
- This promotion offers a 30% discount on DigitalOcean servers for 12 months from the date of registration.
- The discount applies exclusively to new account signups on our managed cloud hosting platform.
- Eligibility
- The promotion is only available to users who create a new account on our platform.
- The discount applies solely to DigitalOcean servers and does not extend to any other cloud providers or services.
- The promotion is not available for existing account holders or accounts that were active prior to the promotion period.
- Discount Period and Calculation
- The 30% discount applies for 12 months starting from the registration date on DigitalOcean servers.
- Servers launched after the initial registration date will receive the discount only until the original discount end date.
Example 1: If a user registers and launches a server on September 1, 2024, the discount will apply to that server until August 31, 2025. If a user launches another server on November 1, 2024 (Day 61), the discount for that server will still expire on August 31, 2025.
- Billing Terms and Exclusions
- Billing for managed cloud services is calculated on an hourly basis.
- Invoices for the current month will be generated on the 1st of the coming month on the Post-Paid Billing Policy, reflecting the total usage for that billing period.
- After the end of your discount period, any time not covered by the discount will be invoiced at the regular pricing plan.
- The 30% discount does not apply to infrastructure-based add-ons or any additional services purchased on the platform.
- Modification and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any modifications or changes will not affect accounts that have already registered under the promotion.
- Force Majeure
- We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of public or private telecommunications networks.
- In the event of a force majeure situation, the affected party shall use all reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the event and resume normal performance as soon as possible.
- General Conditions
- The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- Users must comply with our general terms of service and acceptable use policy while availing of this promotion.
